Will my phone fit?
Most smartphones up to about 6.5 inches fit, even with a thin case. Not sure? Send us your model and we'll check it for you.
Is it really waterproof?
Yes. The holder is rated IPX7: it withstands downpours, puddles and splashes. Always fold the flap all the way over and close it properly.
Does the touchscreen work through the window?
Yes, the film is touch-sensitive: tapping, swiping and typing all work. Fingerprint unlock usually doesn't work through the film; use your PIN instead.
Will it fit my bike?
The clamp fits handlebars from 17 to 25 mm: city bikes, e-bikes, road bikes and mountain bikes. Mounting is done by hand, no tools needed.
When will I receive my order?
As soon as your parcel ships, you'll get an email with a tracking code. The current delivery time is shown at checkout.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind. Contact us and we'll arrange the return and refund.
